When cold it should spin freely but have a little bit of resistance. When you start the car cold the fan should engage a little bit for about 10 seconds and then it will slow down and just slip. When hot it should still spin but have a bit more resistance than when cold. Is it a oem fan clutch...
This may be true im not sure myself. I do know someone who dynoed with both the the tanabe and the rs*r invidia and made a ~8hp gain although there could be many factors involving the two dyno runs. But I wouldn't be worried most the exhaust system out there have been taken past the 500hp mark
Id say a 10-15hp difference but when you start getting into the high hp range you won't notice it as much. Im running a Tanabe SHM system it does the same thing. Fwiw Trust made 630hp with that exhaust on a jza70 back in the day.
It won't cost you 50hp.
A lot of JDM exhausts do this in order to comply with noise laws in Japan. You're only options for an exhaust that's a full 3" are.

you can go back to conventional oil. Im running synthetic, mainly for extended change intervals. Im running 0W-30
theres threads in the oil section about this
Everyone told me my H&R's would settle and would be lower than when i intially put them on. I measured the day when i put them on (Mid January) its April now and the ride height hasnt changed one bit from when i put them.
