The newer hks ssqv isn't adjustable like the older hks ssq. I would almost say sell yours and buy a older ssq. But the only other bov I know that fits the hks flange is the synapse but I don't like them that much.

The ones you have are for tems. Just set it where you want it. Sport should be fine unless you want full firm all the time. Im running the same setup. Except I have tems and I leave it on sport all the time.
