Well I would buy it...
All the aftermarket stuff for my car I made the bracket and fitments myself.
It takes more time and effort but its a good way to learn more about the car.
Some people are able to be creative and do the work themselves whereas others prefer to buy drop in parts...
I just read the article....I am glad I did not buy the plx one.
It did not perform well in the tests.
I think I am going with the aem one.
Just to double check, the wideband comes with everything for plug and play right?
Cheers,
Roy
LOL...Cant make up my mind...
Well with the plx, I would have to find a place to mount the sensor controller unit...
With the AEM the controller is in the gauge itself. Plus I can get the AEM for $240 shipped ...$40 cheaper than the PLX
Cheers,
Roy
I am thinking of buying the AEM #30-4100, 6 IN 1 GAUGE-TYPE UEGO CONTROLLER .
Anyone using this or know about this wideband? Here is link...

So you feel like killing someone just because your car fucked up???
Dude, get a grip.
Its not the end of the world.
Now you have a problem on your hands...
Find out what went wrong and fix it.
Stop focusing on what ifs and the past.
Life is full of problems. And car problems are one...
Back at university I wanted to design my own variable vane turbo.
I drew it all up and put it in cad...
But when I found out that the materials used were a special alloy and would cost alot of money. I stopped thinking because I could not afford to throw my money at my projects.
I had...
Thats my goal...To see if I can hit 550hp with rebuilt stock block and I have all the supporting mods to make 500hp.
My compression ratio is around 8.8:1.
All I need is a aftermarket manifold, Gt35R turbo to make this happen.
I might have to get H2O injection to make sure I dont detonate...
Yeah...Just buy a Cingular prepaid phone...That would work...
When my g/f damaged my phone and had to wait a few days for a free replacement, I bought a Cingular prepaid one for $20 and swapped in my sim card and it worked fine.
When my new phone came, I just swapped my sim card back ...
Get a clear plastic container and wax the insides.
Put the bug in it and pour clear resin into the container.
Once it hardens, pop the block of resin and you should have a bug souveniur.
You could sell it to some science freak and make some money...
Cheers,
Roy
I am with Cingular too and my contract expires next month.
I will be getting a new phone so i could sell you mine.
I dont know if you want to wait for a couple of weeks though.
Or why dont you buy one of those cheap $30 dollar prepaid Cingular phones and swap your
sim card. That should...
