Okay : So you are running the hydro fan with the 7m radiator. What is controlling the fan speed just our of curiosity? Anyways, it will take a little while to get to operating . Hot water will rise / so the top of the radiator will be warmer / hotter than the bottom - also with hot the water...

Where are you checking for flow? At the radiator itself? Maybe try pulling off one of the heater hoses to see if the water is circulating in that area and note the temperature as well. Correct me if I'm wrong > H2O > Radiator>water pump > Engine block/turbos/heater core > back to the...

I uset Dexron II as well in mine. Hydro fans are great. THey are also rebuildable with new o-rings and such btw.
