I recommend you to install a wideband AFR sensor. The environment conditions change from the dyno to the street and if its a hot or cold day, that will affect your AFR. If you have the gauge you can monitor the AFR continuosly and prevent the worse before its too late.
The only mod that the engine has is a cometic metal head gasket and APR head studs. The stock engine internals and good tunning will give you around 550-600 safe RWHP.

I have a friend that has a 94 supra with 2jzgte and map ecu, after tunning with an experienced car tuner worked great. He is now going map ecu 2 for timing control and other things.
I am going to make the IC hard pipes upgrade and was thinking going 2.5" all around but I have a friend (he has a MK4) that is telling me to go with 3". I do not want to suffer from much turbo lag and I think 3" will be overkill.
