What on Earth? (3 pc wing question)

I have a Kaminari. About the Kaminari Wing: - the enter piece lines up with the rear bumper - the center piece is slightly higher than stock - mounting holes on the hatch do not match up with the mounting holes on the center piece - side pieces are slightly longer than stock - side pieces do...

Chrome on my moldings.....YAY or GAY??

Not exactly gay, but I wouldn't put them on. Additionally, I'd go with red moldings. Your paint is too sweet to be doing color coordinating with other parts.

What on Earth? (3 pc wing question)

Are you sure you got a factory wing? You may have gotten a Kaminari. A Kaminari has hollow side pieces and the center piece sits flush with the bumper. A Kaminari is not a bolt on wing.

New look for my '91 Twin Turbo

:icon_roll The OEM urethane bumper is straight. Look at the S2 air guide; obviously, it is not straight. Even the owner says so, who I know pays careful attention to detail. Sorry, Mike. Didn't mean to hijack your thread. Back to applauding your car: The GT-7s looked good on your car, but...

New look for my '91 Twin Turbo

First...open your eyes wider and look at the center of the air guide, right below where the license plate is intended to be mounted. Second, the S2 air guide is made of FRP. So are you saying that the OEM bumper is not straight? :sarcasm:

New look for my '91 Twin Turbo

Mike, if you get the air guide molded onto the bumper, the flaw on the center will not be as noticeable.

New look for my '91 Twin Turbo

Very nice, Mike! +3 for the rims, S2 air guide, and Bomex tail. (Is it the picture, or is the S2 air guide pulled upwards at the center, right above where the license plate goes?) As for the Hiro lip. Hmmmmm. +0. I've never liked the fitment around the fog lights and the line that it adds on...

Worth seeing: Brand new 1990 Turbo Targa

I don't think it would be a wise investment to buy this car with the intention of using it as a daily driver. If this car got involved in either wreck or theft, the insurance company will pay a sum according to its current market value. I used Edmunds.com's appraiser, using zip code to...

Worth seeing: Brand new 1990 Turbo Targa

If a person could buy this car for $50k as a garage queen, he/she should be able to afford a DD for more than $6k. More like $6K + $$$$$$ for a DD.:)

Worth seeing: Brand new 1990 Turbo Targa

Assuming that in 1990, it was $28k. It would cost $45,573.02 to buy it in 2007.

Clean! But for $50k :aigo: , you could do a factory-like (or better) full restore, all new parts for a couple of Supras.

anybody have the kaze light kit?

I've never seen the Kaze setup in Supramania, SocalSupras, and Supraforums. I've seen the NSX retrofit, custom quad modules, and a projector fitted into the rectangular housing. A custom projector kit will only be cheap if you do all the labor yourself. If you have to outsource the cutting...
