    the hyper medallion? are you sure? the specs read 80mm and a 120mm tip IIRC... I looked inside and it doesnt look like the muffler reduces from the actual exhaust pipe. Or are you referring to the super medallion racing"?

    thats what i was thinking, best off starting with another block...and possibly head if that got warped. the thin walls of the 7m shouldnt be overbored like that and only a couple cyl. sleeved... seems like a bunch of sloppy decisions by the machinist. Id say your best bet is to get a used block...

    "tiny" battery question...

    A guy i went to school with had one of those really small batteries in his turbo, it has plenty of CCA and he had it for like a year or so without any problems.
