Well the foam came out ok got a little miss aligned and some how cracked the top mold. I tested some of the foam with acetone and it only dissolves the foam before it cures :3d_frown: so back to the drawing board. I'm not really sure where to go from here. The angle does not line up right...

Ok well I did a plaster of paris mold of the elbow because the outer diameter is 2.5'' and its the right angle. Heres the step by step pictures Just waiting for the foam to cure and hopefully the oil that i sprayed on the molds will keep the foam from sticking
