Okay so I checked continuity. The black* wire has continuity with ground. The green wire didn't have continuity to the plug going into the ecu only until it was plugged into the ecu was it giving me continuity. Which I found weird. Any ideas? I'm thinking of just running a wire directly to see...

Tried a different afm, switched to Vpc even. Tried a diff tps sensor, water temp is new and I tried disconnecting and also using a resistor .
I switched Tps and afm. I set the setting on the safc to read the other way and it only reads 0 to 100% respectively but nothing in between. Even for shits and giggles I installed an fcon to see if it would change afr readings or make the car run differently but nothing.
What am I missing here????
