Well, you can but it wont look right. the +89 are meant to be one piece and the -89 are meant to be 2 piece. So in other words, you'll have this gap in between the -89 tails if you put in the +89 center piece.

Is your CSI plugged in? Also check the intake if theres like a crack or hole somewhere that might also be the reason why your car sounds like it bogs when you push the accelerator.
