i didnt "have to" remove/cut the front bumper, i did it for 1. looks and 2. let that 25% more of intercooler breath. And it was super easy to do. the down side is the core support you have to cut in the process, but i have plans on doing some re-enforcing up there anyways with tubular steel. But...

hey sorry i took so long on replying to your message, i cant really recall the size of the intercooler itself, i just know it was big lol. its about the biggest FMIC you can fit. all the pipes came from ebay "i know i know" but 3" pipes 3" intercooler in/out. but in short this is how the pipes...

yea i could probably just take it to carquest they did my head and block resurface job and they did an amazing job at it to. my belt sander has about 4-5" belt and is vertical and also has clamp mounts :)

Ok so I just got my flange for my tialsport f40, the flange and sealing ring is machined to seal. After welding the flange warped. Is it going to be possible to machine it again? Or can I just belt sand it with high grit? sent from my ultimate droid
