4.30 is a rear gearing ratio. The higher the number the slower your car's top end will be but the faster you'll accellerate and the worse your mileage will be. There are both 4.30 LSD and open diffs IIRC (correct me if I'm wrong please).

I wouldn't let them touch any of my cars. You'd be best off prepping the car as much as you can yourself in your driveway and then doing like you said. Remember, 95% of a good paint job is in the prep work.

yeah, I think I will take the mouldings and just paint them gunmetal if I can find it for plastic paint. I picked up some 89+ molding pieces yesterday but not everything. Better to just get a complete set and repaint them and now is the perfect time to do it.
I've already PM'd a guy about a stock 1J dampener that's for sale here on SM. Not sure if $50 Canadian sounds like a fair price for a belt tensioner. I've PM'd him. ATI is out of my price range.
