yeah iknoe!
well i called my guy in burnaby but im sure there all the same.
he said just bring the block/ crack caps/ and the crank they'll measure the crank to figure out bearing size. so thats what im going to do.:icon_bigg
well thread back from the dead! will post pictures of the latest parts ive gotten.
for a few months just been collecting parts so far ive gotten.
NA head decked/ new valve stems seals.
NRP rings
ARP fly wheel bolts
ARP head studs
HKS 1.2mm MHG
IS300 coil packs
Maft pro/speed/
Used 550RC...
damn! i shouldve just got that set, they also have a .20 over for 120 also!
well there going to measure the bears and im going to be looking for scoring also. just tell them your going to replace the bearings and tell them to measure what size you would need. might as well change them since...
^^^ yeah megan N1 is probably going to be the cheapest and loudest set up out there. i had a custom megan N1 angled and 3in straight it was cheap and loud!
nice!! time to post pictures for your new goodies! lol
id say just get new rings. also get the machine shop to measure the bearing so you know what size to get.
nicee!
how was sun peaks?
are you also putting in new rings with since it has to be out already? yeah you should replace the bears also since its all dismantled to get the block deck and cleaned!
thanks for the sale! now i start my winter project! lol
jeremy(turbodrifter) told me a stock...
yeah unless u want to try and re- wire the dash harness. its not to hard to remove your dash its just alot of time. then you can use the turbo cluster n tach,
but someone correct me if im wrong.
also are you getting the block decked so you have a nice smooth surface? i did on my last HG...
i dont think you'd have to sway the cluster, cause the only difference really is that it has a boost gauge instead of a volt.
but its totally up to you, are you taking all the turbo parts our of your parts car into yours?
