Nice and cool infos! Thanks guys.
What about big bam and flames through the exhaust when hitting the rev limiter?
I had this stuff when I had my rev limiter set at 7200 rpms. Now at 7800 rpms I don't. How's that?
It has to do with the turbo I run or with the AEM set up?
1st is fuel cut and 2nd is ignition cut on the AEM.
I have a 7800 rev limiter. On the AEM it is 7700 fuel cut and 7800 ignition cut.
Is that correct? I though it is better to leave the fuel run and cut the ignition first..
I would also like to pop some flames through my HKS Ti on the rev...
Guys...I had a fuel pressure drop issue which I finally solved !
Kept the existing walbros while they were almost new and never thought they could be the problem...
And got two new pump filters that were installed better this time without bending or any issues of that nature.

Correct my friend! And just to make you feel better.. I have thrown into my mk3 Supra more than $80.000 USD (60.000 euros).
I took it yesterday for a ride (had some issues with my fuel system and took me 2 weeks to solve the problem) and I can tell
you it worth every penny. Car is running...
There's no SE Supra. Only the JDM Turbo A which is very very rare and a RHD.
True is that the first 2 generations had the Celica Supra logo. In Japan were named Celica XX.
But main market was U.S.A. for this kind of GT sports car. And the U.S. market/dealers wanted a name
and not letters or...
All the above took place at the body shop... (09:00 till 20:00). Cuting, sheetmetal, welding, sanding, coating, painting, etc.
It cost me $200 cause the job was done in one day! And I had a very small area of rust...
No..it is almost a 2 year twin pump setup. Since I went big single. But my last pumps had 2 short filters..
The new pumps came with one shorter and one longer filters.

Hi guys! Just installed two new walbro 255ltr/h GSS341 HP intank pumps.
I wanna go to tune my car to higher boosts and I want my fuel pumps to be fresh!
After the installation I noticed quite lean conditions on my A/F aem gauge.
My car is tuned to high 11's (11.7-11.8) at 14 psi of boost on...
Every guy that drives/owns a Supra is into girls/women more than the others! LOL!
Supras+Females = best combo!
Now,lets focus on the gearbox part. True is the W58 has a better shift feeling and it's so smooth compared to the R154.
On the other hand the R box can hold the big hp/torque,and...
You should have tried the 'R154' Ian.... specially with the 7M motor..straight bolt on!
Though I know you've done your 'math'...and you had your reasons.
Nice build thread...good luck with the swap/wiring.
The only thing I don't like on the R154 is the big gap from 2nd to 3rd gear, and the very long 5th (0.75). Other than that
it is a perfect gearbox for a car like Supra or a muscle car with big torque!
And actualy 1st gear on a stock MA70...

Is the 1jz motor alighned correctly on the crossmember mounts? Are the motor mounts JZA70 oem or custom?
Check inside the engine bay. You must be sure that the motor is placed 100% correctly on both axles...
Then you should consider to check the transmission and driveshaft.
# also: Is that...
When I have chicks on my car and the night is over (usually on first dating),and they have to get out of my car..LOL
They can't find the way out xexexe! And then I grab the oportunity to help them...leaning over the passenger's seat...
and coming closer to the female xaxaxa. I love this door...
Never had an issue with the plastic ones...though the front and-links have to deal with more load and stress than the rear ones.
I got Tanabe sways with aftermarket end links now and the low mounting tab looks good. Only rusted tabs could fail...
And YES, the plastic's fastener allen bolt is a...
