I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about. But I used a breaker bar (to pull) and a hammer (to hit) to get everything aligned properly. Also, sometimes it helps to have someone step on the rotor and maybe bounce on it to get the bolt to align properly. Just make sure not to over do it...

I've heard that the Falken rt615s are the best street tire to get. The older ones had problems with traction in the rain once they worn down. However, the newer ones have no problems in the rain, even if they are worn.
