You can adjust it to what +1" to -3" I believe. It rides just as nice as stock springs and handles nice on full hard on the struts. The springs are very street friendly and sometimes I wish they were a little stiffer... Get the Electronic Dampening Force Controller $350. Its worth it.

Everyone that can't afford a real ferrari, me included should just leave it at that... A kit car is not the same as the real car. i'd be embarrassed to drive any kit car that is supposed make an mr2 look like something other than an mr2. Lamarossa- ugly as sin. That Mrossa looks better...
