I have similar plans to go with my car on the fuel system, what size are the AN fittings on the housing? also what pumps are those?
Overall nice clean build
base fuel pressure should be around 38-42psi and you'll be fine.. As for the radiator if its new, have a good fan and shroud yes.. If not better start looking for a new one
Sounds awesome man! Did you have to use the pin for the tach to work correctly? I have a spare Dh61 sitting here and would like to try it also. Can ya give me some insight on how you wired it and set it up in the AEM map?
When you open the timing wizard you'll see it says lock timing ( probably at 10.1) which is fine and what you want to do now is with the timing light check and see if the mark on the balencer is close to that 10 mark on the timing cover. If it is not theres a red arrorw for retard or green for...
Okay guess talked with my boy Aaron :-)
Now let's make sure we all are on the same page and realize that these boxes have a BASE TUNE... That being said they still have to be professionally tuned or do it yourself at your own cost :-) Me insight is that the load hesitation appears to be a...
I think we need to hit up Aaron for sure, I'm going to shoot him a text.
Scubajtw, how all did you go about setting up the dh61 in the AEM tables? I'm wanting to do this just scared on the teeth settings and such
Yep I am still on the stock ignitor but running is300 coils which isn't not much different than the stock coils. I wonder if something in the settings is off ??
Trying to keep this thread alive but has anybody successfully running the DH61 or DS62 with the new V2 box from driftmotion? From what I am gathering the settings may no be the same on the tables?
Hell and I thought I was the only one with these problems! Mine acts the say way, like if im cruising and try to let the motor build boost say in a lower RPM range like you mentioned it bucks but if I down shift and let the motor build up it pulls fine. Do you notice if you are spooling hard...
What about Cooling Components Fans? They are top notch in the Hotrod world due to their high CFM (2200-2800 cfm for a single fan) and thin (2 5/8" ) fitment. I have heard these in person and they sure throw some serious air! Im probably going to get these myself as Im running a big radiator and...
Yeah man that wiring nightmare in the cam position sensor is your problem. I have a pic of mine when I installed it buts its a 90 so the wire colors are incorrect.
Yeah your goal here is to retain your stock sensor so yeah no wiring needed. I bought mine directly from wezbeech and they had instructions so driftmotion buys through him so you should be fine
Reviving this thread. Albert were you able to get this made ? Really like a clean install as opposed to my current aluminum made tabs haha they work though
