Delco doesn't really produce many of their own parts anymore, you are generally paying for the name. I to will continue to run my piece of shit filters on my engine that doesnt have some retarded high oil pressure. IUt works for everyone else, why it doesn't work for you dude? I dunno.

The R (racing series filters) are only offered in Chevy V8(both sizes) and Some Ford engines as well. LS series V8's yatta yatta. They filter slightly worse, flow better and have a higher burst pressure, but thats pretty much all.

51515 fits? Thats a ford V8 filter. I think wix uses the same part number for Lexus V8's as 7mgte's, so Ill double check that too.
