There was a really nice widebody kit made in Europe, but the guy took forever to make and ship it (atleast 6 months). I'm pretty sure it's not even being made anymore. Spencyg, even commercially made widebody kits require a lot of work to install correctly. Just ask Brad (Tekdeus).
