Thats what I meant. I just worded it kind of funny. What I meant was when pressure is put on to the BOV and isn't high enough to open the valve all the way it wil flutter like that. just tighten it so it doesnt go off at low rpm/speed.

you dont have to hook it up. I had one of those on my first supra. just leave it alone. if its fluttering at low boost then that means your spring is tightened so that the pressure can't open it. really you don't need to be cherping unless your really getting on the gas.

I did the same. I took my charcoal canister out and then I made my own bracket and bolted it down with the orig. holes.

to tell you the truth I got them from E-bay. lol they are being shipped through EMS from Japan. I First saw them when I went to japan, there was a MKIII Supra there that had them.
