sounds like pinion bearings, i just pulled my diff apart notting hard about it. you need a press to change the bearings, and a axel puller. if you had all the parts it would take about 4-5hrs to pull the diff rebuild and reinstall. good luck.

leaking bov = vacuume leak and will cause idle problems. that was most likely the cause of your idle problems. i would bump the fuel pressure to 40 psi with vacuume at idle, always set the fuel pressure after the engine is warmed up.

fix that bro damn that's minor rust, take the glass out grind it down to metal treat it prime it paint it and be done with it. easy fix get a glass company to take the glass out. if it breaks well am sure you could use a new windsheild on a 20+ year old car.

any check engine lights?, check you O2 sensor, and make sure there are no vacuume leaks.

they were removed for the paint work new ones are installed now, how ever the windsheild wipers will not make it back on the car because i don't plan on driving it in the rain. Also it's not a factory color it's a custom color made by the painter. ---------- Post added at 04:09 PM ----------...
