Myself and a couple friends have had issues with usb/serial adapters with AEM stuff alot of times. I'm no computer guy, so my solution was to buy a cheap used lappy with a real serial port. I know that's not a "fix" for you, but it sure stopped those issues with keeping connected. Wish I could...

I'm about as die-hard a 7m guy as you will find, and you guys are way off base. 200+ isn't easy in any car, and every mph over it becomes exponentially harder. Not sure if you still browse/lurk here Sean, but congrats. You should be very proud.

Brent, you know what rpm the torque peak was at? I would try and estimate by the speed on the dyno, but I have no idea what your tire diameter is/was. TIA.

And the MS vs. CM war continues to wage....if I could count how many times I've seen this arguement on different forums. They each have their place IMO. Nascar uses MS with alot of success. A 3500lb car going 200mph into a concrete barrier is alot of energy, and drivers can walk away from those...

Not bad. I'd really like to recommend that you guys put some skinnies on the front. Bias ply rears and radial fronts are a bad idea and a potential accident waiting to happen. For your safety, do it asap....

Have to get a physical, and then you have to make 6 solo passes (2 short passes, 2 moderate passes, and 2 full passes quicker than 9.99) and signed by 2 currently licensed drivers. Then you pay a fee (I think $100 for NHRA) and then they send you your license a couple weeks later.
