lol
Ron is one reason why I do things like this. I see some things that he has done and it triggers new ideas. He has many one off parts on his car too.
Shhhhh :sarcasm:
She sent me a PM yesterday and I will give her one back, and be happy about doing it. Can you promise that you won't look at what I write to her? :D
I have a custom rad too. Ron R designed a rad and was a one off. (now 2 off lol) He had a company make it for him which tucks under the rad support with 2 top feeds. (rather than a top and bottom, it is a dual pass as well!) I have a rad like that and is one reason why I have this part now. :)
I could take a pic of it being installed one by one but that would take time. lol
That part in red screw in the side of that other part in black. Anything else?
Yes, you can't see one hole. ;)
Look in this pic. You can sorta see that there is a hole in the inside.
One hole is in the inside of the housing that attaches to the head. You bolt that on. From there, you put the stat over that. Got this so far? You then put the 2 bolts in holes (on...
A one off part and the way I like it when it comes to odd things like this.;)
Besides, you can't use the OEM CPS with this part anyway and would need a rad similar to mine to make it work. Notice the hose fitting now points to the front of the car rather than the side of car. (or in front of...
Thanks :)
I am happy with it. :) I will take a pic of the install later on. (can't say how long though) I need to put a few things back together first.
Haas aka Meh, Matsuura is a much higher quality machine. I didn't post the inside of the part but it has a hidden hole from inside which bolts to the head.
I have gaskets already. :)
The other machines we use in the shop are:
Matsuura MAM-Horizontal
Matsuura RA-3G2 Vertical
Matsuura RA-3F Vertical
Matsuura Cell system
Hurco VM1Vertical Machining
Nakamura-CNC Lathe
CMM,
Beed blaster
Mills and a few misc other ones.
Pics updated on page one. Check it out! :)
The fitting is for the hose that was to be on the bottom for the heater. I will have an inline sensor for water temp since I can only put one hole in this part.
PS: Don't mind the screws, they will be added later it, was all I had, yeah they don't match.
