OK update my timing was at 0 degrees keep in mind my harness has been through hell and is in very bad shape :( my CPS wires are taped together and a friend said that he thinks the CPS needs to replaced all together. He had a hard timing keeping the car at 10degrees he said that he could play...

Correct the ECU is not the Issue. Although today i pulled the timing and it was at 0 degrees instead of 10. Keep in mind my harness is in very bad shape! also my CPS is not working it makes it will only hold it's position for a short time and you have to play with it quite abit to get it to...

Efi fuse has never blown I actually have never blown any fuses in the car.

I have been going through all the steps this morning I only have been driving the car to see if problem has gone away. I do not have a timing light but timing is at TDC still. Im doing the Tps sensor as we speak I also bought a new ignition switche

Car idle's/starts/revs easy no problems But holding a rev at rpm there is a slight miss. Under load is when all the code 11 happens

So car has got to the point it is not able to really be driven. Once up to speed it is fine but trying to get to speed is caos!

So i decided to take off the oil cap today and start the car completely cold and just watch it as it warmed up and nothing no smoke at all. Until.... I pulled out the PVC hoses from the valve covers while at idle then smoke started to come from the oil cap as soon as i plugged it back up...
