correct. these have the rubber backing with those little rubber pointy thingamaggies. they are good quality btw.

keeping them nice ain't cheap...well cheaper than a new car note. Had mine redone for $350 I believe. I know one guy did his himself and you can do the other leather cover-Poodles has one.

I would say for nice thick carpet, bound around 70 for set. my rear trunk was around 90 cuz was special order.
