I agree totally. If you can't do better than 14 seconds with BPU your a friggin embarrassment to the supra community. For shame!

    F1 Stage 2 Clutch Problem .... Please Help ....

OK, my reading comprehension sucks... Throw out already replaced. New flywheel... is it stock or aluminum? Less weight might bring out a worn main bearing or for that matter, may change the harmonics for the wrist pin problem.

    F1 Stage 2 Clutch Problem .... Please Help ....

    >will come right out and say that i did not reset the slave cylinder shaft or bleed the slave cylinder.... could this be the reason it feels like it engages well and the peddal has about 1 inch of peddal before engagement? No reason to bleed the slave, hydraulics are self adjusting. The only...

    Bizarre test results-- Ignitor

I probably should have mentioned that I used that article to do the test. What it clears up is the connection points for the three volt battery to trigger each coil, correct? I didn't get that far. Once I hook up the tester, I have continuity (i.e. the "switch" is constant on for all three...

    Bizarre test results-- Ignitor

I attempted to test my ignitor using the TSRM I get to step 2F ohmmeter connected between body ground and term 2 of coil A, and I have constant continuity, I try the other two coils with the same result. An occasional "car dies on me and then cranks ok but seems to want to start, but won't,"...

When I signed up I thought, "it's a bunch of supra owners, I'll bet they don't know...

can somebody double check this... im doing an auto-N/A to Manual-Turbo Swap.

You could swap the ABS system as well, but I'd imagine that it would be very labor intensive... I've thought about that as I don't have it either, but the pain in the ass factor made me reconsider. Guess it depends on how important ABS is to ya. Larry B

-OK, thanks I didn't realize it was built in on 89+ so your good to go there. -Yea, the Ignitor is wired in to part of the Main engine harness. -Pics for the wire to make the Alt work on the turbo gage cluster 1) shows the two contact points that you want to hook up... 2) shows the new wire...

can somebody double check this... im doing an auto-N/A to Manual-Turbo Swap.

Oh yeah, you will also need to make provisions for re-routing the NA power steering reservoir. I just went with the turbo reservior so it just bolts on with the mount, But others have made the NA res fit. The problem is if you put on a different res, you have to bleed the system. I screwed up...

can somebody double check this... im doing an auto-N/A to Manual-Turbo Swap.

I can't really speak for the tranny swap, though I would think you could just wire up the reverse button right to the existing wires from the auto. For the engine swap, you will need: -Intercooler and all piping... there are plastic covers over the holes where the intercooler pipes enter...
