Just flew a 44 yr old man from Los Angeles to Houston with our same symptoms pretty much. He's got a freaking huge aortic aneurysm!!!!! Ugh, not that I don't have enough to worry about...:nono:
I still think "The Twist" would be an awesome thing to do and would be the only one like it in the country!
Just got home and am able to see the pics. Frankensupra lives!!!!!
I love it!
What did you decide on the moldings again?
The camera I was using doesn't record loud sounds well at all and since it's on an open downpipe it very easily distorts.
No I never touched the throttle, it was doing it all by itself. I posted a thread in the GTE Tech section and it's most likely my TPS. Crappy weather weekend and I'll...
This is the same TPS that was on the other TB and the car idled perfectly. I guess I didn't mount it properly. I'll try to investigate on Sunday if it's not coming a freezing rain.
Well I haven't done much in the past week or so because of my now healed thumb laceration and the awful problems I've been having with my neck, back and left arm. I thought I had all the insurance stuff figured out so I could get going on my back problems but I was wrong so now it'll be another...

I couldn't find the better camera so the audio is crap. Look at the tach...
The factory boost sensor attaches to the injector resistor pack. I don't see it. Was this a ge to gte swap? If not then it looks to have been removed. Do you have a factory boost guage? Does it work?
Rust is like cancer. If you don't get rid of it all it will come back. You either need to cut it out completely or grind it off till you see sheetmetal otherwise you're wasting your time.
Good luck with the restoration and thank you for saving another supra!:icon_bigg
Need more pics...
Pimpin in the Benz:biglaugh:
Sweet car but I'm not feeling the dark wheels on a light colored car. Need some nice polished aluminum wheels of some kind. Polished sawblades might actually look nice on it.
Yeah, the na looks better. Good luck, it's not that hard, I just did it.
BTW, use the image [img] code in photobucket and it will pull the pictures up in your thread automatically.
