I don't have that but I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, which means I'm always worried about shit, usually stuff way out there. It usually doesn't manifest into panic attacks but sometimes it'll consume me and I'll begin to spiral and will have to have drugs to stop it but 95% of the time I...
So what's up? I was sifting through the thread and have found a lot of posts with deleted pictures. If you've posted in here and deleted your pic, go back and either delete your post or put your pic back in. Some good ones are now gone. :(
Yes do it while you've got the motor out. I mean a stocker will probably be ok if your HP goals are that high but like I said, you've got the motor out and torn apart, take advantage of that.:icon_bigg
Auto engine harness and auto ECU. You will also need the ECT module and I don't know if a manual cars body harness has got a plug for that. If not then I guess you'd have to swap the body harness with one from an auto as well. Auto tach, auto throttle body and bracket for tranny kickdown...
Jay,
You've really got too many irons in the fire and you're working at an unbelievable pace. Slow down and take a deep breath. I mean, you've tackled two rebuilds in just a couple of months. It's taken the rest of us almost a year or more for one build up, except for Dave and apparently...
For me not that hard. I've got all the actuators, wiring, switch etc... to do it. All I would have to do is take the harnesses out of the other car which would involve removing just about all the interior to do it and I don't feel that motivated and also doubt I would go with a TEMS system...
I almost swapped all the abs stuff into my 86.5 but after that body harness swap I said screw it. Was thinking about doing all the TEMS too. It's still a thought.
Other than idling a little high it sounds really good!
What's this about an interview? Are you looking at changing jobs or did I miss an inside joke somewhere?
Oh, go back an edit with a "direct link" from photobuck and it will take care of that extra picture on there.
I guess I got lucky. The 87 I pulled all the wiring from had TEMS and ABS. My 86.5 has neither so I had a bunch of empty plugs left over. Also lucky too since 86.5 and 87 models are essentially the same. The only problem I have found from doing the swap is that the speaker wiring was different...
So I need an opinion or two on this muffler. I'm still researching several options but haven't heard anything about Dynomax.

IIRC The ecu doesn't plug into the chassis harness directly. It plugs into the engine wiring harness that has plugs that plug into the chassis harness. Check to see if the plugs on the 87 harness will fit into your 89 chassis harness. If they do then just use the 87 harness and ecu.
Or you...
