Deal with the timing issue first. If nothing else... if you do have a spare ecu around... try swapping it and see what happens. Even though it's not likely the case it doesn't hurt to try because atleast you'd definitely know it may or not be the problem since you tried it already.

^^ I believe that's what i've got... well atleast what I want to believe it is. I haven't got around checking the clearances. Usually the tappet noise happens been the 2k-2.5k range under or over that it quiets down...

Perhaps it was cracked a long time ago during installation... and eventually the heat cycles opened it up.

Ok guys, do you normally leave your head lights up on your car or down most of the time? After my car got T-boned on the side it moved the chassie abit, so i have no choice to leave my Headlights up otherwise if I put it down, one side of the headlight won't go back up. What about yous?

hey this looks pretty good :D. I'll been keen on this kit. I was wondering why you discontinued the old setup.

A friend of mine told me about this additive. Its been around for quite sometime and it seems to be a kicker. Has anyone else used these in their engines before. Is it worth the bang for the buck. I`ve been considering it myself. any input would be appreciated :-)
