I think I know what it is. Someone else may explain it better. On each front wheel there is a turn stop bolt. On that bolt there should be a plastic cover. Without those you will here a creaking noise. There are pretty cheap and I keep a couple on hand for when they ware out. If...

I have a possible idea on the overheating. BHG. A simple test. When overheating, crank on the heat and see if you start to cool a bit. If so, good chance the head gasket needs replacing. Good luck on the rest of your issues.

You want a more aggresive look, you should consider lowering it a bit more. 1.5" front and 1" rear, from stock. There is no rubbing. Keep the pre 89 lip IMO. I would add an original spoiler. Take a look at mine if you like the look, then there you go. Nice color :icon_bigg Good luck...

Your issue sounds similar to something I had. I checked my TPS with my mulimeter, and between the TPS and ECU. Basically I had the TPS replaced, end of problem. Of course this is after I replaced my distributor too. Good luck.
