ok then... 4 inch angle grinder with a 4 inch cut off wheel... cut between the bushing and the FRAME the inside.... I just looked at mine... the middle control arm as my rear are not like yours.. and yes you can get in there with a grinder with a cut off wheel....

get a can of PB BLASTER soak the crap out of bolt... An Air chissle with a blunt bit will push bolt out... ...

without the weep hole... you would not know your pump seal had failed untill the fan cam flying off and goes threw radiator... Thats why its there...
