I wouldnt... I'd just take the existing head and clean it up... I wouldnt trust the rust and stuff... You should be able to get your head machined for less than $100...

Machine the head, its not THAT expensive... Go donate plasma a few times you can make enough to have teh head decked... ;) As for the copper spray: :nono: Dont do it... There is a thread, search it out, I think Jdub posted it... There is alot of info on the copper spray...

Ajusa would be a fine hg for you then... I would still recommend swappiong in some ARP head bolts though and make sure you torque them to around 75ftlbs...

The ajusa hg is metal... its actually much better than the composit stock hg... For lower hp applications, I'd use it... Its friggin NICE compared to the crappy wax coated ones that come in other kits... I actually have one hanging in my garage, I was gunna use or sell, but it got bent... Paper...
