Well I'm not Enusing, Whining or Crying for that matter. In fact I've always encouraged Lam to do his own thing, but damn those flat black wheels are ugly, and definitely are not in the vein of Ferrari. He should have left them alone, they weren't half bad before.

The bottom piece closes off the bottom of the enclosure. It comes apart in two pieces so that it can be removed by pulling straight up without removing the fan blade. If you have your old one that will work just fine, unless it's also damaged.

or 2 sets of gullwings, I like the idea of the rear suicide doors though, something like the old Lincolns.

FWIW, I bought a brand new fan shroud from Champion Toyota last year for $70.00 shipped.......by the time you ship a used one will be $50.00, and most likely it'll be all chipped, cracked and brittle.
