    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Those will work, with a stretched tire, and rolled fenders. As for cost, they aren't cheap!!! I've seen similar examples for as much as $1800-$2000! One more thing to consider. If you were planning on big brakes(?) I'm betting that those low disc fronts, won't clear 4-pot calipers w/o a spacer...

    Not low enough!

LOL! This, unfortunately, is true!:1zhelp: I am now enrolled in a "WWA" (Wheel Whores anonymous) class, in the hope that I will eventually become comfortable enough with a set of rims, that my other issues get addressed!:aigo::biglaugh:

    I need Wheels

Partially correct. "45", is the offset, the "gbm" refers to the wheels finish. The Tire Rack will not stop you from buying wheels that don't match your vehicles fitment chart, you just have to look for them using other vehicles. MkIV Supra's, Nissan 350Z/Infinity G35, and Ford Mustangs all...

    Not low enough!

Thanks to all that answered, and were curious too! The "old school" RA's are adjusted as low as they'll go, and I'm still not tucking the rear tire into the fenderwell. Fronts are a little closer to where I want to be, but the rears are ruining my 'Dorifto' look I was hoping for. My new rims are...

    Not low enough!

Can Tein RA coilover springs be sucessfully cut down, for a lower ride? Or, will it completely ruin the rebound ability of the strut? I'm all the way down to the bottom, and it's still not low enough!!!:icon_mad:

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

:: facepalm ::Once again, I will point out, that you will not be able to find "off the shelf" hub-centric rings for these! Nissan hub diameter is; 66.1mm, and Toyota; 60.1mm. Therefor, all the weight of the car will be resting on your wheel studs, and lug nuts!:aigo: This was not the way rims...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Spiller; The Lenso's look great! I would have gone w/ a 255/40,(on the 10's) or 35 and dump it low for the "tuck" (lol!) I am starting to like the very aggressive offset look more so, than the 'old school' fat tire appearance. I have recently adopted the same look, but cannot get my car...

    1jz breaks up a 4k

An HKS ecu??? What?!!! I have a similar problem, but more around 3200-3400rpm. Also have gone through same check list. The 1J ecu's are notoriously bad, (leaky capasitors) so swap out for a known "good" ecu, and see if that fixes it.

    MkIV brakes on MkIII

350Z track rotors have a 66.6mm centerbore. The Supra hub is 60.1mm. Therefor, you will have to have not only the caliper brackets, but also a machined centering ring, to make them work. Trust me, it is just not worth the headache to save, maybe a few hundred dollars, (if that!!!) when there are...

    MkIV brakes on MkIII

Geez Louise, not again!!!:: facepalm :: Yes, they can be adapted with custom brackets, ("Nightpager") and machining of the MkIV rotors. Is it worth the effort and additional cost??? :umno: There are alot of BBK's out there now for the MkIII. Just save yourself a MASSIVE headache,:aigo: and buy...

Those are very hard to beat for sure!:boink::bowdown::yumyum::drool:::salute:::squirt-mo He posted the sizes and offsets some where, I just can't remember where!:aigo: IIRC (?) seems they were 19x9.5" (f), and 19x10.5" (r) with offsets in the low twenties (?) and he was using a 265/30 tire out...
