The problem that I see is that we tried throwing out a possible random date because people were asking for it, but we have no idea if those dates are even going to work... so we can't plan anything yet. It's not that nobody wants to step up, it's that the people who are only going to be there...

I have no idea when I can make it out there; I'm hoping my boss will be okay with me taking a couple days off every month but I don't know yet. I'd like for it to be around the middle of the month but really don't know yet.
