I never actually got around to doing the rear disc swap. The way I was going to do it was take everything off the front end, then you re-drill the holes for the caliper mounting and use all the front parts on the rear. Only thing is you lose your ebrake. You can use chevy calipers with ebrakes...
I've never wheeled it with the 42's on it, but with the 38s it had before it held up fine. It isn't locked which has probably saved it. Only things I've replaced in it are the spider gears, a ball joint and an axle joint.
Truck is back to being a lawn ornament though. I got an inspection...

A bit of an update, got tired of looking at it and put the new brakes/bearings/seals/hubs in the front end. Then figured out it needed a new power steering pump so I bought one of those. Also picked up some 2" wheel spacers so my tires don't rub the leafs anymore. Going to throw my new steering...
