    Clean install kit/faceplate thinger

55521-89104 is the part# for a blank single DIN panel. It was used in mid 90's trucks that came w/ no audio, AND 55521-04010 is the single DIN pocket, no door. The ones w/ the door won't clear our trim panel.

    my 3000 pipe replacement

Here's a pic of what I'm doing. I just wish I could remember who's set up this is to give them credit. I cannot find the thread this pic came from, but if I'm not mistaken, he had no problems w/ heatsoak.

Whatever you like. You can always clear it later. Personally, I'm a fan of flat black or a matte black, so long as it isn't a sloppy/blotchy job.

Pics of the "MKV Supra" (I know I know...repost, but just look)

Hybrid = $$$$$$$$$$$! Ever price out the hybrid battery on a Prius or hybrid Highlander or Camry? Prius $3500, Highlander/Camry $6000. I have seen many hybrid cars (Prius) once they hit 70-100k or so on the odometer, come in and need inverters, ECU's, and other "hybrid system related garbage"...

Car being serviced today, damn Toyota!

Agreed. Seems to be a fair price for the t-belt service w/ seal replacement. As far as the "starter" issue, I am having the same problem. Damn 20year old car! (lol) I have seen a few write-ups here and on SF for the starter replacement. As with all things "supra" related, patience!

    Help with MAFT basic

Yes I'm bringing back an old thread, but, in searching, I could not find the answer I seek. I have recently acquired a MAF-T basic set up. In the MAF-T install guide, it says : Pink - Switched +12volt power source Black - ground (E2). MAF connector, Pin #1, Brown wire with black dot...
