i really have no idea about the coil packs, I don't even know if anyone has ever test fitted this header to a 7M to see how badly the dizzy interfered, it's just my guess.....

i would suggest getting a TRUST header, but they are very expensive and you would need to swap to coil packs to use this as it interferes with the distributor.
reseal everything.
at the very least the front main, rear main and oil pump seals...
new head gasket highly recommended. and at least take off the oil pan and check everything out in there.

lol, I am still missing out on a few ponies by leaving the stock cam timing. I need to get back up there again when I have cash and adjust -3 and +3 degrees, maybe i can break 170whp and 190 ft/lbs ;x
6M ecu is supposed to have a different fuel map, richer, supposedly due to jdm cars not having EGRs
i honestly dont know if there's any truth to this, i tried to test the theory last year doing readings with a wideband but was getting erratic results
tune to 4700rpms only, lol after that... it just does what it wants to do anyway. Perhaps it's the 6M ECU making it run that rich on the top end, I am unsure. Idont really care to dyno with a 5M ECu to find out
Nope, I don't know a damn thing about calculating compresison ratios. I picked the 10:1 number for my engine out of my ass :)
I don't need to wash the sand out, I was merely stating #1 the cylinder pressures are NOT normal, which no one seems to have agreed with me until just now and #2 it...
... how the fuck is that apples and oranges? 12 valve head, 24 valve head, well I am well aware of that. But I have NEVER heard of a 7MGE running around with 210+ psi unless it was modified in some way, 170-190psi seems to be the norm. It's probably BHG'd 5 times in it's life and been milled...
That's a ridiculous amount of psi in those cylinders, I would assume the head and/or block has been decked....
Mine is 230psi and is a 10:1 compression engine so yeah lol
