alright as i was atemping to loosen off the accordian hose i noticed that the hoses that are connected to the accodian hose are incredibly stiff are they suppose to be like that or are they suppose to be soft

nothing is wrong with the car i drive it all the time its running fine the only problem is that the turbo doesnt boost at all

So my turbo stopped working and i would like to know what would be the problem there are no leaks around it or crack it just stopped and i would also like to know if it could be reconstructed to be a little larger? If any on knows i would really appreciate your comments.
