Hey all im changing out my old crap compressor for a new one ,and I wanted to know if I could pull the compressor out from the buttom of the car or do I have to take the altenor out to pull it from the top?

When I bought my car the belt to the compressor was cut the guy I bought the car from said that it needed a new one because it was locked up. Im new to the supra scene and im looking for a good DP to go with a Tanabe Medalion Touring Exhaust.So any help would be appreciated and also is there any difference in spool/power using a divorced or undivorced dp. Thanks
