Doing the head gasket on my jza70, after dealing with stripped head bolt and looking over everything I went to lift the head off and it wont pop off, is there something under neath the intake that is holding it, I am pulling the head with the turbos, intake and wiring harness all together...

im pretty sure that is right, you could always just place the head casting down with out the head gasket and make sure it is correct.
