those are pretty good numbers, what i meant to say was with a safc your only controlling 550 oft he 680 or whatever injector you choose to run, e shift is making 435 to the wheels on a safc but i am unsure of the injector size
at over 600 your pushing alot of fuel. and it comes back to them basically pumping gas. a car will run RICH, with injectors that are too big. and personally i am not willing to hydrolock or even attempt to "play it safe" when im running anything over what a company says is safe. how much is this...
powerwise isnt an issue. i just love the smoothness of a inline 6, if i could afford a V8 id be on v8nation.com(haha) but im alittle to poor to go that path for right now.
thats what im saying. my buddies at team weld are making 930 to the rear wheels in their mark 2 running a apex turbo and hasnt had a glitch. compressor surge alll ddaay
ouch. its luck of the draw on turbo life with compressor surge.
i had a ebay turbo run strong for 1yr and 4 months almost. then another one blow up in 5 mins. AHAHAHA.
do u have the standard spring or the hard spring?
ull need to loosen the BOV so it will open at a lower boost. but not to much otherwise it will let boost out when u go under boost(lol read it twice)
compressor surge is dooopee :)
same BOV as u...
ahh i thought about the 1u but due to my minimal funds as it is. im not sure i could swing it in a timely manner. but V8 would be the next step :) the 1jz bellhousing over here are about $350USD its just hard to find a decent tranny.
thank again!
thank for all the input guys :)
myself and my buddies will be doing all the work..
just need to get a hold of a w58 or 154 is kinda a pain in the ass..
that z is nuts. freeway sliding is a whole other ball game!
props to you for running it!
thank again guys :)
