hello everyone. I know there are threads on how to adjust the tps but I was cant find any thing on how to properly adjust the throttle body blade. like is it supposed to be closed all the way or should it be cracked open a little I need to know more then just how to set the tps

no it does tell me if there is supposed to be a gap or what the gap is supposed to be between the inside of the throttle body and the flap
The TSRM does mention the throttle stop adjustment, but it was factory set. It states that it should be set to barely make contact with the set screw, but not hold the throttle plate open at all. After you adjust that, make sure the dash pot is adjusted to make contact with the throttle stop a few mm before it hits the idle stop. That adjustment is described in the TSRM I believe. After both of these, you'll have to reset the TPS setting(also in the TSRM)
