besides, if i remember correctly, his car is relatively built. i'm sure it can handle a 50 shot.

nash, i have no experience with n2o, however, using it to help spool time is something i've always been interested in.

i have bean pretty busy plus i had to re make my accounts witch suck oh well


well i got the kit for great price i plan to use it

it use vacume booster for the fule reg

but what i really wana know is how much it boost's the base persure


and if not eghough or just plain no fun i just going to get silnoded and run some gas now what jettign it use is hole new story


this mixed with a gt35 40 r / header / 4 inc exhuast/ ffi/9.3.1 comp this should make soem killer power

Go with a wet shot. That's pretty much the norm for a forced induction car. Sure you could do a dry shot, but why when wet is so much safer?

i had a dry shot of nitrous on my car...i think it was a 50 shot...i put it on thinking i was just going to use it for one race but ended up using it for about 3 weeks untill i hit nitrous in front of a cop...haha but yeah if you want pm me your aim address and ill talk to you on there later tonight and let you know how i did my setup...

I thought the general rule of thumb was 75 shot was the limit for dry shot to be safe.

You need to set it up with an RPM activated switch. You don't want it to spray below 2000 RPM, and you'll want it to stop spraying just before the turbo spools. An RPM activated switch can control both of these things. With your turbo it's not going to get used much, I bet that thing spools damn fast as it is.

.046 is the jet I have in my car I believe runs fine and on stock 440cc, can't wait to get it back on the track with the nitrous and see what I run aight peace :chicken:

btw- a dry nitrous set up for a turbo car should be fine and I run a digitial MSD window switch and make sure ya wire up the nitrous with a RELAY also

dry = nitrous only
wet = fuel is added in with the nitrous as it is injected

just cooling down intake temps is worth the smaller shot. I ran a 50 in my Fiero 2.8 for a loooooong time with no problems. I agree that you should get an MSD RPM Window activation switch... at the Track my Supra Bogs off the line sometimes and that would suck with the Nitrous on.

Do it right and a dry shot will do you fine...
So may say bad shit about Zex but I have had no problems with their kits. I have put them in many types of cars. Install is a snap. and seeing how the 7m is a rich running pig I dont think you will have any problems.

you shouldnt even hit it at 2000 rpm...it should be at 3000 and over and i even hit it when the turbo was spooling and let off about 300 rmp shy of redline

NOS just came out with a boost switch which will kill the nitrous when the car hits a predetermined boost level! :naughty:
