My friend was wondering what kind of rears he wanted. do luck or bomex. me personally i wanted do luck but what do you guys think??

I think the Do-Luck look unfinished from the rear. Bomex just looks cleaner.

well the reason i like the doo luck is the extension that goes towrds the ground, meebe if it was molded huh?

i think bomex look unfinished , but then again i preffer a solid rear and not a 3 peice.

I agree that the Bomex doesn't look right unless moulded. I just don't care for the large rectangular space created by the Do-Luck, that's all. They're still decent looking. I really don't like the Do-Luck sideskirts though, so what skirts would you use with the Do-Luck rears??

has any one seen the ebay flare fenders? does any one think that it might actually look good on the rears??

I'm afraid the ebay flares may be a universal type dealy. Not sure though, never seen them on a MKIII.

yah they area a universal, of course htere going to require modifiactions but i was thinkin about it and to me they dont seem to bad to give the extra flare in the back.

I think I'd get the Ab-Flug or Diana flares instead. Or make my own. You'll probably spend so much time making them fit/look right that you could've made your own instead.

Bomex looks good when molded, If it were all molded into the back and didnt look like a 3 piece it would look awesome. I just don't like the do-luck, rear sides or front, IMO the rear looks like its just slapped on the bottom hanging there.
