I bought a rear end differential shit back on 6-11-08 an still nothing ..

I got one email back on the 16th saying it was send through DHL ground,

according to the item on ebay , the item is in brighton MI

I should have had that shit by now huh ...

any one know him or bought stuff from him whether or not it was a good or bad transaction ?


I sent him a email a few min agao saying I'd give him the benefit of the doubt an better back from him by tonight, or I will get paypal an ebay involved .....

I remember I had shipping issues with someone on eBay over a pair of Jordan's. Ended up getting them for free because I got paypal and eBay involved.

Without a tracking# I would call BS on it coming DHL. $30 for like 80lbs...I don't think so, thats bulk rate snail mail. Expect it some time next year if it shows up at all.

He has been selling parts on ebay for a long time. I have bought from him with no problems. And, I used to watch him a lot, as I competed with him to sell parts. He lost money on shipping if he shipped it. I'd stick to my word on filing a claim if he can't communicate. File a item not received on ebay BEFORE you get paypal involved. That may get you a quick tracking number. If you don't have a number within 2 days of that, file the paypal claim.

he emailed me tonight, with tracking numbers, an a appology saying that DHL has been letting him down on shipping things late ... an gave me his phone number...


I told him I'd call DHL with the tracking numbers an call him tomorrow to let him know what I find out,

now when I typed in the racking numbers on dhl's web site, there was no findings .... fucking figures ....

prob. super slow shipping to save money. I would give it a month from the buy date, If nothing shows up file a clame with paypal, they will freeze his account untell you guys make a agreement. If he dosent respond or do anything in like 4 weeks paypal will automatically refund you your moneys. You have up to 60 days from sell date to file a clame. Trust me I have done this many of times on ebay/paypal. Only once the seller was forced to refund my money, other times the seller "forgot" to ship it and would give me anyware from 20-50% refund, for my troubles. Yet I have been a member of ebay since 99' , 350+ feedback all 100% and only once (back in 01') I got ripped on a set of neon lights.

he might be ok, he even gave me his cell to clear things up, I didnt call it, so ..


well, , my problem might not have been from him, I called dhl an tracked it an they said they said its sitting in a pgh office cos the package is leaking ... an didnt have my number .. an could not get ahold of the seller ,,

so hopeully i will have it today or tomorrow etc ....

so I got it, DHL, had it sitting in there office for like 10 days just sitting there since it was leaking ....

they didnt have my number, an couldnt get ahold of the seller so it sat for some 10 days...

tehy told me that the seller should have drained it an being that it was leaking, it made it a flamible hazard an the seller could have had been convicted of some 50 K ....

, so I guess I should leave the kid a positive feed back on ebay ? what u think ? he did ship it like 2 -3 days after I bought it .. kinda wasnt his fault ....
