yay intake is on pics

last night i went to autozone with a friend,and got some goodies for the supra. i picked up the adaptor to run a cone filter, as well as a filter. after modifying tha adaptor(the fooker didnt come with the right holes) the intake is in. now all i need to do is get rid of the resonator and stuff the filter into the DP hole with more autozone parts (civic intakes)

Which kit did you buy? The K&N FIPK? Or did you get one of those "power adder" filters?

Take out the intake silencer - and that is where your looking at performance gains.

the "power adder" i figured that using the K&N would be a waste untill i got my intake where i wanted it to be, this way i dont need to be as careful with this one, as im not going to actually run it.
the intake resonator is going to be the next to go.
my intake should be somewhere in the fender by the time it gets reregistered and insured.

BA! Not much of a fan of the painted intake. But the filter looks good!

Just run to any car shop online and get a generic intake that looks like ittle fit, and then make it!

i didnt paint it, it was like that when i got the car. same with the fan and a some split wire looms. someone also put in red racing petals.

s383, you still got those ported manifolds and the y pipe?

Looks like mine only with a better filter. Someone would really bank on making a full cold air kit.
