xspower intercooler..now some problems

ok i just finished my intercooler..piping and everything..now my car spits out black smoke..my friend says in between shifts is when i spit black smoke out the exhuast..and im shifting at 2,000rpm..also my car dies sometimes..and bogs as well..like it not getting enough air..maybe some pipes are loose? my friend said he had to tune his rx7 after he put his intercooler in..need help

you have a boost leak somewhere. double check your connections and pressure test the system. also did you check the ic before you put it on?

Make sure that all of your clamps on your pipes are tight. Are you running custom intercooler pipes or the stock intercooler pipes?

yah checked the pipes..turned out to be the same pipe my friend saw loose..i tightened the pipe..and i guess it got loose again somehow..im prolly just going to get some new clamps things..
