shipping for a set of 18" wheels with no tires usually runs about 300-400 that does not include the fees either that rinkya charges

You gotta pay comission fees, handleing fees, shipping to them and then to you.

Shipping usually takes awhile if you ship by sea (4-5 weeks) but that is the most inexpensive way to ship.

Usually when I buy something thats like 2000 yen (17-18 usd) It usually cost me around 70-80 bucks total.

Coilovers shipping is around 200 usd. Shipping 18" wheels is atleast 400 usd for a set. There are tons of stuff worth buying on there but you just have to wait awhile for the seller to ship to rinkya and then rinkya to ship to you.

rinkya was awesome when they first started.... the fees and shipping wasnt very much. also dont bother shipping any plastic pieces like sun shades or window visors..... they tend to crack on the way here due to them being brittle.

rinkya is still good but doing a little research you can find someone who can bid on the auctions and get it to you cheaper.
