would like info on steering rack spacers

Can anyone confirm or deny if 7mm spacers would cause any leaks to occur?

Spacers dont effect the seals.

I tried spacers and striped my tie rod trying to torque it...exercise caution

that's a really short tie rod end.

I never go more then 5MM.

but i have used X8 and X7 steering racks. they seem to blow seals if any more then that

I used Beech Performance spacers for a while, with new oem tie rods and I cut the lock stops off. No problems but only ran it for a couple months.
